Kraft Hockeyville Legacy story to air Saturday night

North Bay's Hockeyville 2007 Legacy story will air on CBC during the first intermission of the second game on Hockey Night in Canada (Montreal vs. Los Angeles) Saturday night. The feature is slated to air around 10:40 p.m.

Cassie Campbell along with a CBC camera crew visited North Bay on January 11th to find out what the 2007 Hockeyville title has done for the city of North Bay.

The CBC also visited other previous Hockeyville winning communities including Salmon River, N.S., Roberval, QC., and Terrace, B.C.

The crew visited Memorial Gardens and the historical Labreche Forum; North Bay's historical outdoor rink operated by Butch Turcotte.

The feature includes local interviews with Lakers Hockey private partner Al McDonald and 2007 Hockeyville Chair Chris Dawson.
