The Northern Ontario Masters Soccer Championship 2019 took to the pitch in the weekend with the Nipissing District Adult Soccer Club hosting (NDASC)

the North Bay All-Stars vs Sudbury All-Stars.

In the Men's A-Division, North Bay and Sudbury tied 3-3, North Bay goals scored by Christian Celebre (2) and Anthony Devuono (1).

In the Men's Over-35 Result North Bay edged Sudbury 3-2.

Coach Carlo Berardi had an easy time with a great line up representing the Over 35 All-Stars from North Bay.

Ty Commanda opened the scoring 11 minutes into the match that put North Bay up 1-0.  An unfortunate deflection in the box tied the game 1-1 at 22:40.

Sudbury then pulled ahead at 47:40 1-2.  However, only two minutes later North Bay's Herve Mility tied the game at 49:55 to make it 2-2.

At 52:20, Roberto Celebre got the go-ahead goal where the game ended at 3-2.

Both teams played hard all the while playing through a nasty rainstorm.  The series continues on August 24, 2019 as Sudbury plays host.

All proceeds from the Annual Masters All-Star tournament match are being donated to Camp Ooch this year.
