Davedi Eurostars captured the Playoff Championship of the North Bay Men’s Premier Soccer Division Sunday night on Veterans Field by a score of 3 – 1 over Tai Pan Dragons. Kris Anello, David Bitonti and Ross Hamill scored for the Eurostars.
Carlo Devuono responded for the Dragons. An excellent team effort by the Eurostars was required to overpower the talented Dragons in the final contest of the season.
The Davedi Eurostars successful 2004 soccer season also included capturing the recent inaugural Men’s League Tournament Cup Championship. Davedi has captured the Playoff Championship of the North Bay Men’s Premier Soccer Division 8 of the last 9 years. 2004 Davedi Eurostars team awards went to:

Best Defensemen: Greg Janveau
Best Midfielder: Robert Ortepi
Best Forward: David Bitonti
Most Sportsmanlike Player: Alfredo Ricciuti
