Chippewa hands out athletic awards

Katlyn Faucon and Jamie Stamler have been named the Chippewa Raiders top athletes at their high school recently.

It was a big day for Stamler who was also named the Senior Boys Volleyball MVP, Senior Boys Track and Field MVP and shared the Senior Boys Basketball MVP award with teammate Brandon Brown.

Stamler, just returned from OFSAA in Ottawa where he placed 8th in the Senior Boys 110 M hurdles.

Faucon was a multiple award winner as well as she was named Senior Girls Basketball MVP and shared the Senior Girls Track and Field MVP with Jen Piper.
