Team Chandler out of the Sudbury Curling Club is the only undefeated team after three rounds of play at the 2016 Travelers Northern Ontario Men's Provincial Curling Championship taking place at the North Bay Granite Club this week.

The Sudbury Curling Club’s Team Chandler took a commanding win over Mattawa’s Team Gelinas, the only local team in the field, while the previously undefeated Team Assad fell to Team Horgan.

The Gelinas rinks loss drops them to 1-2 after play Thursday afternoon.

In a surprise earlier today, the defending Olympic Gold Medalist Team led by Brad Jacobs lost to Team Johnston as the favourites from Sault Ste. Marie fall to 2-1.

Assad, Koivula and Jacobs are all tied for second place with 2-1 records.
