"We ran into a hot goalie."

In their third game of the weekend the Blades fell 5-4 to the Wolves.

Coach Ladouceur felt this was a game they should have won.

"We had the lead the for two periods," he said.

"But we allowed them to score two quick ones to start the third and could not even it up," added Ladouceur noting that the Blades outshot the Wolves 51-30 in the loss.

Caleb Cameron, Scott Pawson, Ryan Scott, and Thomas Hamilton scored for the Blades.

Ladouceur was pleased with the effort over the weekend as he felt they outplayed the competition every game despite the two losses in three games.

The Blades get away from league play next weekend as they take part in the Big Nickel Tournament in Sudbury.
