It was a battle of two Northern-based college teams in the OCAA on friday night at the Education Centre Gym. The Canadore Lady Panthers hosted the Sault College Lady Cougars.
It was a battle of two Northern-based college teams in the OCAA on friday night at the Education Centre Gym. The Canadore Lady Panthers hosted the Sault College Lady Cougars. The Canadore Men were not in action tonight due to Sault College not fielding a Mens Volleyball team during the 2004-05 season. Canadore took the opening set during the game, but was unable to win the following three. The final score was three to one in favour of the Sault Lady Cougars over the Canadore Lady Panthers. (18-25, 25-20, 25-22, 26-24).
The OCAA Volleyball Allstar Game, hosted by Canadore College, commences saturday. The Allstar Game will feature an East versus West matchup between Ontario-based post secondary institutions. The women begin play at 2:30, while the men play at 4:30. Both games are to be played at the Education Centre Gym.
