The Algonquin Barons edged the favoured St. Joseph-Scollard Bears 3-2 in the NDA Junior Boys Soccer final at Cundari Field on Friday afternoon.
Mathew Cheaney, Joshua Vignola and Jamie Sneddon scored for the victorious Barons while Sean Klein and Sebastien Tremblay replied for the Bears.
The Barons now head to the NOSSA "A" soccer championships which take place in Livley starting on Monday, May 28th.
