The RTMI Bantam AA Ice Boltz played 3 games in Toronto area this weekend part of Lower lakes league play.
Saturday Afternoon the Boltz tied Brampton 2-2, battling back from 2-0 deficit and taking over the game in the 2nd and 3rd periods to tie it up.
Saturday night the Boltz played the Etobicoke Dolphins a team sporting a 13-4 record.
The Ice Boltz showed they can play with any team in the league losing a back and forth exciting game 3-2.
Sunday morning the team was up against Aurora Panthers and held a 1-0 lead.
The Boltz penalty kill was exceptional killing off 6 straight minutes only to see the Panthers tie it up with 1:42 left in the game.
The team will have two weeks off to prepare for their next trip south with games against Toronto,Barrie and a rematch with Aurora.
