The North Bay Skyhawks are urging hockey fans to wear white at Tuesday night's playoff game against the Soo Indians. The Skyhawks will be desperate for a win as they hope to force a game 7 back in Soo, Michigan.

"The noise level during the last two Skyhawks games was amazing and we’re asking everyone to wear white to the game," said Skyhawks Marketing Manager Lou Gagne.

Gagne adds that the noise at last Friday's game really pumped up the players during the game four 5-2 victory.

The "Sea of White" craze started back in the early 1990's when Winnipeg Jets fans would dress in white during NHL playoff games.
