The Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services Department would like to advise the community that 8 Community Outdoor Rinks are OPEN with good to excellent ice conditions: Kerr Park, Greenhill Park, Graniteville Park, Caldwell/Ellam Park, Birchaven Park, Circle Lake Park, West Ferris Lions/Massey and the Bourke Skating Oval.
