Jake Tougas struck out seven batters and Thomas Hamilton had a pair of hits to lead the West Ferris Trojans to an 11-3 win over the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears in NDA exhibition baseball on Thursday.
Trojans pitcher Ryan Scott chipped in with 6 strikeouts of his own. Dale Valade, Spencer Brear, Chris Kangur, Sammy Barber and Tom Pritchard also had hits in the win.
Tyler Besner, Dane Peters and Kevin Palfrey had 2 hits each for the Bears.
