2006 Guardian Ladies Invitational Golf Tournament

Jacklynn Miller of the North Bay Golf and Country Club is looking for her second straight title as the 21st edition of the Guardian Ladies Invitational takes place at the North Bay Golf and Country Club on the weekend.

More than 100 golfers will be taking part in the two day low gross event,

Miller is on a golf scholarship at Texas A & M Corpus Christi and was named the team MVP. She will likely be challenged by last year's runner-up Barb Wellard (N.B.G.C.C.) along with Ashley Mantha who plays out of Laurentide Golf Club in Sturgeon Falls. Mantha is also on a golf scholarship in Virginia at James Madison University.

The event begins with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. on Saturday and a 9 a.m. shotgun start on Sunday.
