15 golds for Titans

SUDBURY, ON. - The North Bay Y Titans came on strong this past weekend at the Jeno Tihanyi Long Course Championships held in Sudbury. With the combined efforts of twelve swimmers the Titans captured the Small High Points Team Trophy.
SUDBURY, ON. - The North Bay Y Titans came on strong this past weekend at the Jeno Tihanyi Long Course Championships held in Sudbury. With the combined efforts of twelve swimmers the Titans captured the Small High Points Team Trophy.

Dominique Bouchard and Grace Liritzis both brought home six golds each, securing a high points trophy for each of their age groups while Bouchard also won the Senoir High Points Trophy. Jeremy Sallie nabbed two gold and four silver positions. Bryanna Penno received a gold and two silvers while teammates Jennifer Leckie and Angelina Bolchakova-Racine nabbed a gold and silver each. Rene Gagnon claimed two silver and a bronze position. Keltan Baran received a silver and a bronze while Max Giesler swam to five bronze positions. Brittany Pask and Nicole Plumb both had several top-ten placings while Kayley Niemela had four out six personal best times in her events.

The Titans will continue to train for several upcoming meets.
