BONFIELD MAN FACES IMPAIRED CHARGES
Overnight Vehicle Stop

(Bonfield, Ontario)
Shortly before 2:00 a.m., on Thursday April 29th, 2004, Constable Dwayne Graves of the North Bay OPP checked a north bound 1988 Ford pick-up truck on Highway 531 Bonfield Township.

As a result of the alcohol-related check, Constable Graves arrested the male driver.

Richard Lariviere, 38, of Bonfield, will appear in court on Tuesday May 18th, 2004 at the Ontario Court of Justice, 360 Ploufe Street, North Bay, Ontario.

Lariviere is charged with:

1)Drive Motor Vehicle with over 80 mgs, Section 253(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The North Bay OPP cluster would like to remind motorists to choose not to ‘Drink & Drive’.

As the weather turns warmer, more traffic is on the move. Please do not put other motorists, your children, other family members, your friends or yourself at risk if you choose to drive after consuming alcohol.
