CHISHOLM MAN SET TO HOSPITAL WITH LEG INJURIES Powassan Powassan OPP responded to a single personal injury All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) collision that took place at approximately 6:45 p.m. Sun. May 16th, 2004, on Pioneer Road, Chisholm Township.

Powassan OPP responded to a single personal injury All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) collision that took place at approximately 6:45 p.m. Sun. May 16th, 2004, on Pioneer Road, Chisholm Township.

Alvin Krause,49, of Chisholm, was driving east bound on Pioneer Road on his 2002 Bombardier Traxter four-wheel ATV when his front right tire came off its rim.

The ATV veered to the left of the roadway causing Krause to fall off the vehicle. Krause received a leg injury and was sent to North Bay General Hospital via ambulance.

No charges are going to be laid against Krause and speed was not a factor in this collision.
