Peacefully at Eastholme, Powassan on Monday, March 13, 2006 in her 95th year. Kate (Wilkins) was predeceased by her husband Colin Wilfred Young. She was the beloved mother of Heather Stockill (Wes) of Powassan; grandmother of Bonnie Murphy (Steve Gambier) of Toronto, Melanie Stockill of Ottawa and Scott Stockill (Susan) of Powassan; Great-grandmother of Damian Murphy and Colin Stockill and fondly remembered by Andy Murphy. Kate was the dear sister of Grace McAughey (late Tom) of Sudbury and was predeceased by her sisters Marjorie Young (late Earl), Nora Harkness (late Jim) and Elsie Boldt (late Jerry).
The Young family will receive visitors at NORTHWOOD FUNERAL HOME, Sault Ste. Marie on Saturday, May 6, 2006 from 10:00 to 11:00 am. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am. Interment Goulais River Cemetery.
