YOUNG (Connelly) nee Pratt, Esther Rae (Essie) - Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Cobden on Monday, April 30, 2007 at the age of 82 years. Esther Rae Young of Pembroke and formerly of Deep River, beloved wife of George Young and by first marriage the late Walton Connelly. Dear mother to Robert Connelly (wife Margaret), Kanata and Nancy McWatters, Ottawa. Step- mother to Donald Young, Vars, Allan Young (wife Nancy), New Liskeard, Wendy Young (husband George Klima), Mississauga, and David Young, Sri Lanka. Grandmother of Michael (Tracy), Matthew and Elizabeth Connelly, Allister Klima and Simon Young, Eric Young, and Andrea (Ryan), Amanda (Gary) and Paul (Mindy) McWatters. Great-grandmother of Elizabeth and McKenzie Connelly and Brannon DeLaronde. Dear aunt to Margaret and David Smith, Mattawa. Predeceased by sister Nellie Smith. Daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Pratt (nee Stewart).

Private family visitation will be held at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke. All are welcome to attend the Memorial Service to be held in Wesley United Church on Sunday, May 6, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. Interment of ashes in Calvin Cemetery, Eau Claire, ON.
