Linda Margaret Cherry Woodcock, 66, of Callander, Ontario
Unexpectedly passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019. Newly retired, Linda previously worked as a Director of Recreation and Therapy Services for both Leisureworld in North Bay and Eastholme in Powassan, where she displayed not only a passion for the health care field, but a dedication to those with dementia, and alzheimers. Linda lived a life full of love, laughter, and a selflessness beyond compare. Linda is survived by her loving husband Tom Woodcock, son, Ryan Cherry (Jenn Poapst), daughter, Jennifer Cherry (Jeff Baldwin) , grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jillie, Cassie, and Maddie and her two fur babies Woodie and Willow. Family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home- Callander (87 Landsdowne St.) on Friday December 6, 2019 from 1 pm until the time of memorial service at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Alzheimer’s Society of North Bay or the Canadian Cancer Society
