Surrounded by his loving family at the North Bay General Hospital-Scollard-Site following a lengthy illness on Thursday October 11th , 2007 at the age of 49 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Marie Ferrier. Loving father of Tanya (Scott Dias) of Callander and Jacqueline (Justin Brown) of Bonfield. Beloved son of Barbara Wood of Haliburton. Dear brother of Rick (Patti) of Ottawa, Mike (Linda) of Haliburton, Craig (Barb) of Reaboro, ON. Predeceased by his father Gerald Wood.



Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd., on Sunday October 14, from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 pm. Funeral service Monday October 15 at 11 am at the funeral home. Donations to the Scleroderma Society of Ontario in memory of Steven will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
