WILSON, Robert Keith

Passed away at the Charlotte Regional Hospital in Punta Gorda, Florida on Monday, April 23, 2007 at the age of 88. Cherished father of Barry (Linda), Mary Runde (Bernie), and the late Trevor and Virginia. Grandfather of Jennifer Runde Elkas (Jason), Jillian Dubien (James), Fred Wilson (Elaine), Donald Wilson (Valerie) and Ila Wilson. Great grandfather of Elizabeth & Kaitlyn Elkas and Kaisei & Kieran Wilson. Predeceased by siblings Fred, Mabel, Ida, Sterling, Hector, Lorne and Alan. Special friend of Barbara LeRoy. Sadly missed by Jennifer Ghent-Fuller (David), Dan, Sandra Fuller- Martinez (Cesar), Sara and Kinesha.

Keith was a dedicated educator for 45 years and was principal of Francis Clergue Public School from 1952 - 1965 and was superintendent of Public Schools and assistant director of education in North Bay from 1968-1983. He also served in the Canadian Air Force in WWII.

Friends may call at the ARTHUR FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE (492 Wellington St. E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON. P6A 2L9, (705) 759-5222) on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 from 6- 9 pm. Funeral service to be held from St. Andrews United Church, Sault Ste Marie on Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at 11 am. Mrs. Janet Norman officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
