Passed away at the North Bay General Hospital – Scollard Site, on Wednesday, December 29th, 2010. Elizabeth “Carol” (nee Landriault) was the beloved wife of John Franklin White, she was 70 years old. Loving mother of Mike Wink (predeceased by his wife Cathy) of North Bay, Eleanor Kunkle and her husband Roger of Maryland, David Wink of Mattawa and step-mother of Vicki and her husband Dean Decaire of North Bay and David White of Toronto. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Sara, Bowen, James, Adam, Gregory, Jessica, Crystal and great grandchildren Natalie, James Jr, Hailey and Rylli. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Aurel and Helen Landriault and by her sister Eleanor Mitchell. Carol was a member of the North Bay Baytones for many years, and she enjoyed the music and fellowship. She loved to garden and to cook and bake for her family and friends. Carol’s family will receive friends at the Martyn Funeral Home on Friday, December 31st from 12noon until the Memorial Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
