Joan Watier, born June 13,1945, daughter of Gordon and Pauline Gerrie, sister of Patricia and Janet, mother of Christopher (wife Kendra) and Tim Kuntz and spouse to Roland (Rolly) Watier.
Joan was born in Loon Lake, SK. She was raised in Vancouver, B.C. and grew up in Fredericton N.B. Joan settled with her young family in Northern Ontario (Levack-Onaping) and then retired to North Bay.
Joan enjoyed spending time in the sun, she loved hunting for collectibles, cooking, and attending mass. Joan enjoyed travel (often with her sisters). She was an ambitious home renovator; she was an active volunteer as well as an avid player of cognitive games. Her greatest gift to others was her smile! Blessings and thanks to all those who participated in her journey.
