Peacefully with family by his side a dedicated family man, passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Saturday August 25th, 2018. Dale was the beloved husband of Margaret Joanne "Marg" (nee Floyd), he was 75 years old. Loving father of Rick (Brenda) of Kamloops, B.C., Chris (Cynde) of North York, Jeff (Mariane) of East Ferris and Joanne (Gord) of Campbell River, B.C. He will be lovingly remembered by his five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Dear brother of Sandy Turner of Irving, Texas. Dale will be remembered for his humour, unselfishness and for being a strong community volunteer in Corbeil. He was a Minor Hockey Coach, enjoyed curling at the Astorville Arena and was a retired Captain with the East Ferris Fire Department. He enjoyed life in Corbeil with his family, often fishing, camping and canoeing in Algonguin Park. A Celebration of Life for Dale will be held at the Corbeil Park Hall (390 Highway 94) on Saturday September 1st from 12:00 - 4:00 P.M. with an Honour Guard tribute at 1:00 P.M. If desired, donations to the East Ferris Volunteer Fire Fighters Association would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
