VESTER, Carl “John“

Following a brief illness, at North Bay General Hospital on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 in his 70th year. John Vester was the beloved husband of Lois (Nadrofsky) of Powassan; father of Wayne Vester (Lynn Restoule) of Powassan, Kim Vester (Gord Letcher) of Callander and was like a father to Wendy Boakes (Ron Smith) of Kemptville. He was the proud Grandpa of Dan, Kris and Jordan and like a grandpa to Monica, Nathan, Zacary, Alexander and Abigail. John was the dear brother of Eric Vester (Isabelle) of Trout Creek, Laura Hughes (the late Murray) of Powassan, Mickey Vester (Mary) of Powassan, and Bill Vester (Jane) of Rutherglen. He was predeceased by his parents Ruby (Brownlee) and Charlie Vester, sister Dorothy Neely (Gordon of North Bay) and brothers Leonard and Lloyd Vester.



The Vester family will receive visitors at the PAUL FUNERAL HOME, Powassan on Friday, August 3, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service Saturday, August 4, 2007 in the Funeral Home Chapel.
