Passed peacefully into the arms of his Lord on Thursday March 27, 2008 at the age of 68 years. Bruce Renaildo Vandusen was the beloved and devoted husband of Murza (nee Daly) whom he married at North Bay 49 years ago. The proud and loving father of Brian (Wendy) of Mississauga, Carolyn Buchwald (Brent) and Kathryn Fletcher (Andrew) both of North Bay. Bruce will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Paul, Corinne, Aaron and Dylan and his great grand daughter Hailey. He is also survived by his brother Leslie Vandusen (Gwenna) of North Bay and was predeceased by his brother Harold. Bruce worked as an accountant for Boart Longyear retiring after 38 years of service. After this retirement he began his second career with the pastoral care team at the North Bay General Hospital. A “people person“ Bruce also volunteered at Cassellholme for many years. He was a devout Christian and worshiped at both Calvary Pentecostal Temple and Faith Chapel for many years. Friends may call at MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from city hall) on Sunday afternoon and evening from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. Then on Monday March 31, 2008 at Calvary Pentecostal Temple, Ski Club Road, from 12 noon until time for services at 1:30 pm. Interment to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
