At the North Bay General Hospital on Wednesday February 22, 2006, at the age of 61 years. Harvey William Vanderwyk was the beloved husband of Pamela (nee Cowan) and the proud and loving father of Darin of North Bay, Kevin (Erika) of Oshawa and Crystal of Toronto. Predeceased by his parents the late Irene and Harry Vanderwyk. Harvey will be fondly remembered by his brother Harry, sister Fina (Gwen) and his Aunt Ruth Vanderwyk, all of Toronto. Dear son-in-law of Len and Grace Cowan, and brother-in-law of Ricky Cowan (Katrin), all also of Toronto. Harvey will be sadly missed by his friends Donna and Noel Gauthier. In accordance with Harvey's wishes cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) on Saturday, February 25th from 10 a.m. until time for a memorial service in the chapel at 11 a.m. No flowers please. In keeping with Harvey's love of animals donations to the All Heart Pets Rescue at Bear Creek Kennels will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
