VALIQUETTE, Suzanne

Passed away at Cassellholme for the Aged, Thursday March 9, 2006 at the age of 87. Suzanne (née Lafrance) was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Wilbert 'Wib' Valiquette and loved mother of Marlene Soroko (Robert) of Burlington, Susan Boekestein (John) of Mississauga, John Valiquette (Michelle), Anne Baril (Mike Fenn) both of North Bay and Jane Stevenson (Bill) of Calgary. She will be lovingly remembered by 11 grandchildren - Steven (Lisa) and Scott Soroko, Nicole and Craig (Jen) Martin, Renee, Lianne and Sarah Jane Valiquette, Todd Baril, Jessica, Audra and Suzanne Stevenson and two great-grandchildren - Maeghan and Mathew Soroko. Dear sister of Rachelle Locking (Ed) of North Bay. Predeceased by her parents, Marie Anne and Thomas Lafrance, one brother Joe Lafrance and three sisters, Marcelle Ryan, Jacqueline Price and Beatrice McCarthy.

Family and friends paid their respects at McGuinty Funeral Home Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. Funeral mass was celebrated at Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption Monday at 10 a.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
