TURL, Peggy

Born in London England. The cherished love of the late James “Jim” Turl. They were married December 26th 1939, just prior to Jim joining the British Army. They came to Canada in 1955 with two children and later two little Canadians came along. On arrival in North Bay, Peggy went to work at Anne’s Hairdressing. A very proud and loving mother of Linda (Wayne Barker), Jeff (Brenda), Terry (Barbi), Sandy Visaggio. She will be missed by her eight grandchildren Dana, Erin, Trina, Sarah, James, Trevor, Carly and Nicki, also five greats Taylor, Tristan, Jack, Hazel and Evelyn. Also missed by her one and only sibling Doreen Demarco. A celebration of Peggy’s life will be held on Sunday October 8th at 1:30 pm at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritis Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the staff of CCAC and staff of Nipissing Manor for their exceptional care and compassion given to Peggy.
