TURCOTTE, "Laura" Florence

It is with great sadness, that the family of Laura (nee Langevin), announce her passing, at the Algonquin Nursing Home, on Saturday September 16th, 2017. Laura was in her 90th year. She is survived by her children Carol, Ann, Alfred, her grandchildren and her adopted brother Thomas Lavoie. Predeceased by her son, Paul, her husband, Simon, her parents, William and Catherine and her siblings, Elna, David, Edward and Emmett. Laura was dearly loved and cared for, by her sister-in-law, Josie Langevin and god- daughter, Bonnie Langevin. She held a special place, in the hearts of many, including her nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at the Martyn & Sloan "Mattawa Chapel" on Thursday, September 21st from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9:00 P.M. A Christian Mass will be held at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church on Friday, September 22nd at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Anne's Cemetary.
