Passed away peacefully at North Bay General Hospital, Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at the age of 47. He was a precious gem loved by his parents, Roger and Patricia (née Lauzon) Trahan. He will be greatly missed by his sister Suzette (née Trahan) Chartrand and her husband Jean-Paul Chartrand. Jacques was a special uncle. His two nephews, Martin and Simon and his niece Sophie considered him a very precious uncle. He will be greatly missed by his uncles, his aunts and his cousins who loved him dearly. Go! Habs! Go! People who knew Jacques very well will understand this. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Paroisse des Saints-Anges, Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow at Forest Lawn Crematorium. As expression of sympathy,donations to the Down's Syndrome Association or the North Bay Association for Community Living in memory of Jacques , would be greatly appreciated.
