Passed away at Casselholme, North Bay, Ontario, Sunday, May 18, 2008 at the age of 93. Georgette was the beloved wife of Gerald Trahan (1961) and Fabien Drouin (1988) and loved mother of Roland Trahan (Adelle) of Corbeil and Pauline Duquette (2008) and her husband Gene of North Bay. She will be fondly remembered by her 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Georgette is predeceased by her parents Euzebe and Matilda Amyot, and 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Tuesday from 2 -4 and 7 -9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Church, Wednesday May 21 at 11:00 a.m.. Interment at St. Theresa Cemetery, Eau Claire, Ontario. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundations or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
