THOMPSON, Angus “Gus“ Theodore

Retired, Ontario Hydro. A graveside service for the burial of ashes will be held in Callander Union Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2006. Mr. Angus Thompson, formerly of Callander, died peacefully at Eastholme in Powassan on Sunday, November 20, 2005. He was in his 87th year.



Angus was predeceased by his wife Dorothy Isabel (Poole) and was the loving father of Ron Thompson (Cheryl) of Stockton, Iowa, Jane Soldera (Peter) of Hamilton, John Thompson (Betty) of Arnprior. Angus was the proud grandfather of Heather of North Bay, Beverley of Kitchener, Emily of Ottawa, Kathleen of Hamilton and Theodore (Ted) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He is survived by his sister Mildred Lloyd of Denbigh and supportive friend Marg Gushue of Callander.
