Passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at North Bay Regional Health Centre after a 5-month battle with cancer.
Tony had the strength and courage like no other, he had enough fight in him that he was able to get healthy enough to leave the hospice and spend the new year at home with his family, it was truly a miracle.
Tonino will be dearly missed and never forgotten by his sons, Justin Leybourne (Katarina), and Jason Leybourne, his best friend, Dee-Ann Leybourne, his grandchildren, Colson, Noeah and Sophieah.
He is survived by his two brothers Angelo and Carmelo and will be reunited with his brothers, sisters, and his parents.
Tony will be dearly missed and greatly remembered for the great meals he cooked for his family and friends, his soft whistling throughout the day, but most of all, he will be missed for his huge heart.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
