St. GEORGES, Lyn Rollande (1988-2006)

The family announces with sorrow her death after a valiant and courageous battle against cancer, on Sunday, February 19, 2006, at the Sudbury Regional Hospital, St. Joseph Site, at the age of 17 years. Most precious daughter of Victor and Lucie (née Plante) St. Georges of Lavigne. Dear sister of Serge of Toronto, Roxanne (Mario) of Sturgeon Falls, Renée (Dan) of Sudbury and Eric (Véronique) of North Bay. Also survived and lovingly remembered by her many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. Beloved granddaughter of Colette Poitras (late Joseph) of Lavigne and of Delia St. Georges (late Emile) of Lavigne. Lyn was a student at Ecole Secondaire Franco-Cité in Sturgeon Falls. The family will receive friends at the THEORET-BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, 2 Racette Street, Verner, Tuesday, February 21, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to be held Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 11 a.m. in Notre-Dame de la Visitation Church, Lavigne. Donations to the Northeastern Ontario Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated.
