Dearly loved mother of Sandra Morton (Jack) of Bracebridge, Susan Knight (Harvey) of North Bay, James Soule (Cathy) of Oro Station, Peter Soule (Sandy) of North Bay, Pat Soule of Indonesia and Chris Soule of North Bay. Lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren, Bill, Dan, Kevin, Stephen, Penny, Jamie, Jennifer, Kristie, Jessica and two great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Archie Soule. Predeceased by her parents Dulcina and James Kilby, her sisters Eva and Rita, brothers Joseph and James Kilby and sisters-in-law Alice Kilby and Marion Soule. Frances was a life member and Past President of the Royal Canadian Legion, Ladies Auxiliary Branch 23.
