SNIDER, Donal Grafton

At the North Bay General Hospital on Saturday November 25, 2006 while in his 77th year. Beloved husband, of 49 years, of Glenda (Tomlin) and dear father of Keith (Cheryl) of Whitby, Ont. and Virginia Jessica Green (Chris) of BC.
Grafton, the son of the late Harvey and Daisy Snider was also predeceased by five brothers Jack, Duncan, Elgin, Jim, and Norman and an infant sister Lois. He will be fondly remembered by many nephews and nieces.


Grafton worked for Underwood Typewriters as an Inventory Controller for many years and then for 23 years as an Auditor for Revenue Canada Customs & Excise Tax.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #617 A.F. & A.M, was a Past Z of St John’s Chapter as well a Grand Steward and a member of the North Bay Rorab Shrine Club, He was also a Past Patron of Fidelis Chapter #99 Order of the Eastern Star. Grafton was also an active and dedicated member of Emmanuel United Church.

Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and on Thursday from 10-11 am at Emmanuel United Church. The funeral service will follow at 11 am at the Church. Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium.
