Dearly loved mother of Peter Philbert and his wife Trudy of North Bay. Loving grandmother of Jeffrey Philbert and his wife Jay and Jennifer Philbert. Beloved great-grandmother of Jordon and Kennedy Philbert. Predeceased by her brother Robert Beach (Lillias) of Powassan. In respect to wishes left be Frances, there will be no visitation or service.
