SLOAN, Lorraine (nee Belanger)-

Of Mattawa passed away at the Mattawa General Hospital on Sunday March 19, 2006 in her 88th year. She is survived by her adult children; Harold (Pauline) of Mattawa, Anne Mayer (Richard) of Mississauga, Claire Gilligan of North Bay, Gerald (Joanne) of Harley, Harry (Patty) of North Bay, Mae of North Bay, Bob of Mattawa, Joan Mayer (Robert) of North Bay, Diane Twomey of North Bay, her daughter-in-law Jane of Kitchener. Sadly missed by 27 grandchildren and 26 great- grandchildren. Also survived by her beloved brothers and sisters; Estelle Belanger, Rita Lang, Victor, Claire Decaire, Jean-Paul, Marie Lapointe, and Raymond. Predeceased by her husband Mervin (Mickey) Sloan (1996) and her son Bernard.



Friends and relatives may call at the T.L. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Mattawa, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne's Church, Mattawa on Tuesday March 21st, 2006 at 11 a.m. Spring interment in the family plot of the parish cemetery.



Donations to the Mattawa General Hospital would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
