At Tall Pines Long Term Care Centre on August 12, 2012. She was in her 89th year. Denise (nee Mousseau) was predeceased by her husband Julien Serre. She was the loving mother of Irene Marek (David) of Grand Valley and Albert Serre (Yoly) of Bramalea; Grandmother of three and Great-grandmother of four. Denis was the dear sister of Rita Gurnsey (Ken) of Brampton and was predeceased by her sister Florence Chaput and brothers Lawrence and Andy Mousseau. The Serre family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Friday, August 17, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Prayers at 8:45 pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 11:00 at St. Joseph’s Church, Powassan. Interment St. Louis de France Church, Chiswick.
