Sawyer, Richard 'Ricky'

Peacefully passed away at Health Sciences North, Sudbury on May 6, 2015 at the age of 63 years. Dearly loved spouse of Debbie Hampel. Dear father of Jason and step-father of Lindsay Laferriere (Ryan Petrie). Cherished grandpa of Lilah Petrie. Ricky will be sadly missed by his brothers; Tom (Kathleen), Randy (Anne), John, Gerry (Marie) and Chris. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Don and Delma (nee Couchie). Rick will always be remembered for his love of music, hunting and being the gentle giant and kind soul that he was. He loved his family and will be greatly missed  by them. Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at The Pro-Cathedral on Monday at 10 am. Interment will follow at St. Leonard’s Cemetery.
