SAVAGE-LANGIS, Donalda (née Guenette)

(1927-2006) – The family announces with sorrow her death at Au Chateau, Home for the Aged, Sturgeon Falls, on Thursday, June 8, 2006 at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late Alfred and the late Elizabeth (née Marleau) Guenette. Wife of the late Lionel Savage and of the late Louis Langis. Beloved mother of Pauline Trudel (Richard) of Sturgeon Falls, Claudette Damboise (Ted) of Kitchener, Jacqueline Charlebois of Mississauga, André Tessier (Rachel) of Sudbury, Hector Savage (Laurie), and Jean Noël Savage (Joanne) both of Cache Bay, Georges Savage (Nicole Lapensée) of Sturgeon Falls, Denise Brown (Alex) of London, and Gert Leblanc (Don Primrose) of Cache Bay. Predeceased by her daughter Suzette. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by 21 her grandchildren and 11 her great- grandchildren. Dear sister of Exilda Larocque of Sturgeon Falls, Florida Giroux of River Valley, Ida Cloutier of Notre Dame de la Paix, PQ., and Mathilda Savage of Sudbury. Predeceased by her brother, Ovida and by her sister, Aurilda.

The family will receive relatives and friends at THEORET-BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, Sturgeon Falls, on Saturday, June 10, 2006 from 7 to 9 pm., and on Sunday, June 11, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Reverend Father Gérald LaJeunesse will celebrate the Mass of Christian burial, Monday, June 12, 2006 in Sacré Cur Church, Sturgeon Falls at 11 am.
