Passed away at Cassellholme, Monday, November 20, 2006.Thomas Santary beloved husband of Rita (née LaVictoire) in his 82nd. year. Dearly loved father of Bonnie Turgeon (Bob), Patricia Fillman (Ernie Sauvé), Dennis (Jocelyn Raymond) and Virginia Mitchell (Bernie Marcil). He will be lovinlgy remembered by 13 grandchildren, one brother William (Eilleen 'Mitch') and one sister, Mary Santary. Predeceased by two sons, Thomas Jr., (Mary Lynne Santary- surviving), Tim ( Marlene Santary- surviving), his parents, Mary Ann and Ignatius Santary, one brother, Maurice (Gladys-surviving) and one sister, Eileen. Thomas was a WWII Veteran with the Hastings & Prince Edward Regiment and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 23.
Family and friends may pay their respects at McGuinty Funeral Home, Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. A Royal Cdn. Legion Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday (time to be confirmed). Cremation to follow.
