Sandra (nee Dickinson) HAMELIN

January 31, 1943 – January 4, 2011
Passed away peacefully at home in Corbeil on Tuesday, January 4th at the age of 67. She was a loving wife of 51 years to Roger. Dear mother of Mark (Tracy), Dean, and Debra (Terry) Hunt. She was a special Nana to Joshua (Mandy), Jordan, Tieghan, Sebastien and great-grandma to Kurtis and Miles. Also survived by a sister, Marianne (Joe) Makoviczky, predeceased by a sister Anita Boulanger, brother Rodney Dickinson, and parents Charles Dickinson and Lillian Anderson. Sandra was a Registered Practical Nurse at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in Burlington and then continued her career at the North Bay General Hospital. Friends and family can pay their respects at the Martyn Funeral Home, 464 Wyld St, on Thursday January 6th from 7 - 9 P.M. Funeral Service Friday January 7th at 10:30 am at the Sacred Heart Parish in Corbeil. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
