Dorla lived at Harbourside since it was built in 1990. Her family wishes to acknowledge the many friends and neighbours who live at Harbourside who always offered their assistance. She enjoyed going to the Wednesday coffee group and being part of the book club.

We would like to thank Dr Kerry Reed and Beth for their kind and compassionate care over the years she was a patient. A huge thanks to the wonderful staff at NBRHC emergency services, the paramedics, and the staff on A3 and D3 who took care of our mom.

We would also like to thank Home Instead whose staff provided home support over the past few months.

Dorla’s family will hold a Private Family Celebration of Life in the summer. She will be buried beside her husband Ossie at Terrace Lawn Cemetery. For those who wish an expression of sympathy, please consider donating to your favorite charity. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Martyn Funeral Home and online condolences can be made at www.martynfh.com
