RUSSELL, Gloria May

Gloria May Russell in her 79th year. Passed away peacefully on Thursday,April 13th, 2006 at Nipissing Manor. Beloved wife of 54 years to the late Howard "Rusty" Russell. Forever remembered by her children Tod (Pauline), Robert (Ilse), Greg (Ruth), all of North Bay, and Sid Price (Joan) of Barrie. Survived by two brothers Harold and Wayne Quirt. Sadly missed by
her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother Mervyn Quirt.


Gloria lived a very active life, involved heavily in community work. She was a life member of The West Ferris Ladie's Recreation Committee, as well as a life member of The West Ferris Minor Hockey Association. She was also
a Past President of the Ladie's Auxillary to Branch 599 of The Royal Canadian Legion. Gloria and her husband were long time residents of West Ferris and Tilden Lake, enjoying many winters at their trailor in Lakeland,
Florida.

Friends may call at MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in Chapel on Tuesday, April 18th at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow with interment of ashes in the family plot at the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
