1923 – 2008.The family announces with sorrow her death at the Mattawa General Hospital, Thursday, April 17, 2008 at the age of 85 years. Daughter of the late Delphis and the late Délima (née Ethier) Bouffard. Wife of the late Marc Roy. Cherished mother of Janine Gareau (Gilles Régimbal) of Ottawa, Lucille Leclair (Richard) of Chelmsford, Carmen Gagnon (Raymond) of Cache Bay, Annette Roy-Venne (Gérald) of Port Elgin and Johanne Roy-Dupuis (Tim) of North Bay. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Lynn, Chantal, Christine, Sylvie, Sylvain, Patrick, Tammy, Stéphanie, Joëlle, Michelle, Mélanie, Marc, Archie and Mercedes as well as by her 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Jeanne Boulanger (late Paul Emile) of Mattawa, Paul Bouffard (Sylvia) of Montréal, P.Q., Thérèse Tourigny (late Clovis) of Cassellman, Rita Lavallée (late Gérard) of Rockland and Oscar Bouffard (Pauline) of Verner. Predeceased by her sister, Alice Ethier (late Eddy). The family will receive friends and relatives at THEORET BOURGEOIS FUNERAL HOME, Verner, on Monday, April 21, 2008 from 9:00 till 10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 am, in St Jean-Baptiste Church, Verner. Many thanks to the nurses at the Mattawa General Hospital and special thanks to the staff at the Algonquin Nursing Home, Mattawa for the excellent care provided to Florence and her family.
