Robillard, John Harvey "Jack"

After a brief illness at the North Bay General Hospital on Thursday April 10, 2008, at the age of 78 years. Jack Robillard was the beloved husband of the late Gwendolyn Hilda Rose, who predeceased him in 1998. Loving
companion of Betty McBride. Proud and loving father of Larry (Rose), Brenda Caverly (Kirk), Jo-Anne Sykes (Allan), Richard, and Barbara all of North Bay. Jack was predeceased by his sons James and Dennis. He will be
lovingly remembered by his 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Clifford (Ethel) of Toronto. Born and raised in North Bay Jack began his career in the construction industry. He worked
for many years as a supervisor for Standard Paving, McGuinty Construction and Grant Construction of New Liskeard before returning to North Bay to open North Bay Rental. He retired in 1997. During his retirement years he enjoyed time with his family and friends, ice fishing on Lake Nipissing and he was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 23. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME, (across from city hall) on Friday from 7-9
pm and Saturday from 2-4 pm. In keeping with Jack's wishes there will be no funeral services. Cremation will follow the visitation with interment of ashes to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. If desired donations to the
Heart & Stroke Foundation or the North Bay and District Humane Society will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
