Age 65, passed away at the North Bay General Hospital on Sunday March 16, 2008 ending his fight with cancer. Nelson will be joining his parents Alphonse and Victoria (nee Piche), his sister Olive (Ted Lamothe), brothers Emmanuel (Maureen), Etienne and brother- in-law Aime Sauve. He will be sadly missed by his wife Denise(Laporte), son Nelson Jr. (Bibiane St Jean), daughter Michele (Michel Degagne), his three granddaughters Amanda (Ryan), Nathalie & Alexa. Nelson will also be missed by his sisters Marie- Ange Sauve, Pauline (Wilfred Landry), Dolorese (Romeo Foisy) and sister-in-law Yvonne Robidoux. Honouring Nelson's request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation followed by spring burial in Astorville. Donations in memory of Nelson to the NCR Foundation will be appreciated.
