RESMER, Gerald

Of Deux Rivieres, passed away at the Mattawa General Hospital on Monday, July 10th, 2006 in his 64th year. He is survived by his beloved wife the former Helen Wilson, his adult children; Ward (Barb) of Deux Rivieres, Gwen of Toronto, Dale (Faye), Mark (Brigitte), Darl (Megan), all of Mattawa. Sadly missed by seven grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Helen Farrell of Ottawa, brother Sylvester of North Bay. Predeceased by his daughter Lynn (2005), sister Gertrude and brothers; Bernard, Julius and Alfred.

Visitation will be held at St. Albans the Martyr Anglican Church, Mattawa, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at the church on Thursday at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.

Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Mattawa General Hospital would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Funeral arrangements are entrusted with the T.L. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Mattawa.
